BY paying your deposit & confirming your booking you are agreeing to the terms below.

Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new booking provided at least 48 hours notice is given.

I require at least 24/48 hours notice for any clients needing to cancel. If you are unable to provide this notice it will result in loss of your booking fee as it's unlikely I will be able to fill your slot.

I would like to use every available minute possible applying lashes so please arrive at your appointment makeup free and with clean lashes.

Please arrive on time. If you arrive early please wait until your allocated time slot as I may be with another client. If you are late, please note this time will come out of your allocation and may result in less lash coverage.

Due to the high quality products used, I will not infill another technicians work. A removal and full set will be required in this instance.
